Penny is by far the best overall health personnel I’ve seen. She's nice and considerate and very informative She always go over my chart with me, making sure to not miss anything. Jones is an excellent Nurse Practitioner. I never feel like she wants to hurry up and rush to go on to the next person. She takes time and genuinely seems to care about her patients. She listens to you… I couldn’t ask for a better doctor …. Thank you so much for your care and concern. Is also very good with messages through mychart. She takes the time to listen to the whole story before jumping to conclusions or medication. She is very thorough with care and diagnosis. Penny Jones is a caring and competent provider. She gives great feedback and does not judge, and she always has something helpful to say.
